The Pierre Outdoor Pool Committee presented its plan to replace the town's 90 plus-year-old outdoor public pool to the city commission on Feb. 19, 2019. The proposal includes a modern design, opportunity for private investment and a public financing structure that uses retired debt payment to avoid new taxes.
