South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem 202 State of the State Address

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem gave her State of the State Address Jan. 11, 2022, to kick off the 97^th Legislative Session. Many topics were covered, some of which were her desire to: expand healthcare access, cut regulation, eliminate all fees associated with concealed carry permits, invest in skilled training and continued support of the law enforcement and military communities.
